Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Beijing (D)
On arrival at the airport, the local tour guide will meet you then take you to the hotel for a good rest. The remaining time of the day is at your leisure. Welcome dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: Beijing (B, L, D)
After the Western buffet breakfast at the hotel, gather at the hotel lobby. The first stop of your China tour package will be the world-famous Tiananmen Square, were known as the largest city square in the world. Next, we move to the Forbidden City in which you can sense the ups and downs of the feudal country. Take a look at the luxurious royal life from the splendid palaces, decorations, and precious cultural relics. Enjoy an a la carte lunch at a superb local restaurant, served with the famous Peking Roast Duck.
After lunch, continue history exploration the Temple of Heaven.
Dinner at the hotel. For the evening activities, we will watch a brilliant Chinese Kung Fu Show at the Red Theater.
Day 3: Beijing (B, L, D)
Having a buffet breakfast before visiting the Great Wall. We will visit one of the best-preserved sections of the winding wall, Mutianyu. It functioned as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. If you can not keep up with hiking on the wall, there is the round-trip cable car for you. Lunch boxes will be delivered to each of you.
In the afternoon, we head back to the city. Take your time to explore a nice local market before returning to the hotel and have dinner.
Day 4: Beijing – Xi’an (B, L)
This morning’s exploration will be first covered with the Summer Palace, which is the largest existing royal garden in China. Built over 200 years ago, it is famous for many impressive buildings and charming landscapes. The following destination is the Olympic National Stadium. This is also known as the Bird’s Nest, do not forget to take photos of this wonderful building.
Have an enjoyable lunchtime with an a la carte at a local restaurant.
We then spend some time to experience the old Beijing history and special culture in the old Hutongs. If you want to learn how to make Chinese Paper Cutting, a folk artist in Hutong will teach you. It promisingly a unique experience.
Later, catch a flight to the second destination, Xi’an. On your landing in Xi’an, the local guide and driver will meet you at the airport and drive you to the hotel.
Day 5: Xi’an (B, L, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, we see at the meeting point and transfer to the Terracotta Army, the amazing underground project built under the rule of the Qin emperor. Then we have a local family take a short rest for the home-cooked a la carte lunch. It may be quite special and exciting when you come to a foreign country, learn how to cook local food. Afterward, your families will dine with the local people in their family.
Later in the afternoon, the tour continues with the city’s long history by visiting the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and Xi’an Museum.
You will come back to the hotel and enjoy the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show while partaking in the traditional food for dinner.
Day 6: Xi’an (B, L, D)
Our tour route today will start with the City Wall Park, where you can see people singing, dancing, chatting, playing chess, playing instruments, etc. Take a walk around this place is a good way to approach local life. Have a glimpse of the local people when they practice Tai Chi in the park. Keep moving, we pay a visit to the well-preserved City Wall.
After an a la carte lunch at a local restaurant, your family will head to Shaanxi History Museum, which is the symbol of Chinese long history and rich culture. Next, we transfer to the Great Mosque. The Muslim bazaar is the place that you can collect some souvenirs and gifts for families and friends. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 7: Xi’an – Guilin (B, L, D)
Have breakfast at the hotel then continue your Beijing Xi’an Guilin tour to Guilin. Pack your belongings and take a morning flight. The local guide welcomes you at Guilin airport, then they transfer you to the downtown hotel and check-in. The rest of the day we spend to visit the Reed Flute Cave, discover a spectacular world of stalagmites, stalactites, stone pillars and stone flowers created by carbonate deposits, the Elephant Trunk Hill and the emblem of Guilin city.

Day 8: Guilin–Yangshuo–Guilin (B, L, D)
Today your families have opportunities to marvel the supernatural landscape by cruise trip on the Li River. The cruise will depart from Guilin and arrive at Yangshuo in the afternoon. The box lunch will be served on board by the cruise company.
Yangshuo is the representative beauty of the charming landscape and West Street is considered the heart of Yangshuo. Once you arrive Yangshuo, take a stroll on the West Street. Moving on, you will be transferred to the countryside area, make use of this chance to enjoy the rural scenery. Along the way, we drop a short visit to a local peasant’s home.
When the sun goes down, we get back to Guilin by car.

Day 9: Departure from Guilin (B)
In the morning, have a Western buffet breakfast at the hotel. after that, we transfer you to the airport and board your onward flight. Your tour draws to an end. We wish you a nice trip home with a memorable experience in China.
